Many of you have asked if you could know ahead of time of school wide events.  Sure!  Here you go!

Feb. 6 - Literacy Night/PTA Storyteller 6 p.m.

Feb. 10/11 - Qdoba and Skinny Dip Spirit Night

Feb. 10 - Buffalo Beach Spirit Night 4-8 p.m.

Feb. 18 - PTA Pizza/Bingo Night 6:30 p.m.

Feb. 23 - Adjusted Dismissal - K  10 a.m. and PM-12PM

Feb. 25 - Bakers Crust Spirit Night 5-9 p.m.

You have also asked how does the spirit night help John B. Dey? Great question.  Mrs. Capwell purchases many, many educational tools that are used in the classrooms.  For example, every kindergarten class received a Being A Writer writing kit.  We use these daily to teach our lessons.  

Just some food for thought....wouldn't it be super if your child could have a classroom that has IPADs for every child?  I sure think so.
