Tick, tock, tick, tock...

Our friends in Rainbow Valley have been learning all about telling time to the nearest hour and half hour using analog clocks.
Please allow "time" for them to practice telling time at home.
We practice telling time using our small Judy clocks using this fun song.

Growing Minds and Beans In Rainbow Valley

We have started learning about living and nonliving things. The children have created a greenhouse where they are growing beans. They are journaling the changes that they see in the beans over time.

We finished up a great unit on maps and globes. The students enjoyed sharing their personal maps that they created.

Report Cards

Today report cards went home to each family. Please sign the report card envelope in the section for 3rd grading period. Keep the report card and please return the envelope by Monday, April 23rd.
In addtion to the report card, the 4th Enrichment Math Book went home as well today. Please begin having your child work on activities from the book. There are many fun activities for them to try.

Reduce, reuse, and recycle! Yep! That is right! We are celebrating Earth Day in an earth friendly way.
