Today and every new day it is amazing to see all of the children learn and grow. Today each of them were really amazing. We were working on non-fiction writing. The topic was magnets. The children created a list of key vocabulary words that related to magnets. They blew my mind! Then, the had to choose words from the list and use them in sentences that demonstrated that they knew the meanings of these words. The sentence had to be factual. All I have to say is AMAZING!!!! I hope to have the kids create a voice thread. I need one parent volunteer that I can train to help us with voicethreads. Please send me an Email if you can spend about 30minutes learning the program. Then, the actual voicethreads take about an hour depending on how quickly the kids read.
